Personal Counselling
Kimberly Desjardins works with individuals aged 11 and up. When working with pre-teens and teenagers, she can also have a consultation session with parents if it’s beneficial and of interest to the client. Kimberly adapts her approach based on each client’s unique needs and fit. Her goal is to help people develop effective coping techniques to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress while connecting them to their own internal strength and wisdom to make progress toward their life goals.
